Our work coffee makers were left on with no, or next to no, coffee in the pots. The bottoms then end up with a coating of burnt coffee on the bottom. This cleaner, along with a bottle brush, was able to get all the burnt coffee off the bottom of the pots and they look like new again! Would definitely recommend this if you have the same issue.
